EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Under the applicable legal terms, DIVINE BEAUTY allows the exchange or return of the items ordered and received within 7 days from their receipt.
To do so, the Customer must contact our team by e-mail before proceeding with the return. Products must be returned within 7 days of receipt, along with proof of purchase.
Only products that are in good condition with the complete packaging will be accepted.
All items will be checked upon arrival at our facilities and only those that comply with the return conditions set out above will be accepted for exchange or refund.
If the customer wishes to be refunded, we inform you that:
The refund will be made by bank transfer.
Shipping costs to our facilities are borne by the Customer.
The refund will only be processed after the detailed verification of the returned products.
